Moïse Bienheureux Selph is a journalist and entrepreneur. He anchors the 6.45pm main news bulletin and hosts Africa Tech, a weekly programme on African technology, at Ifrikya FM — Algeria’s pan-African public radio, broadcast on FM, shortwave and satellite across nine countries. In three years on air he has covered digital innovation in eighteen African countries across five sub-regions, interviewing founders, heads of public agencies and researchers. A Congolese from Brazzaville based in Algiers, trained in cybersecurity and data science, he is the founder of Lobaka, a platform for sourcing, coordinating and securing interpretation services at international events held on the continent.
